A few Words About Us
Co-Owned by Nick Demourtzidis and Yiannis Kyziridis, Pat's Pizza & Bistro Bethlehem is the first Pat's in Lehigh Valley!
The original "Pat's" was started in 1974 by three cousins, who bought a sandwich shop, known to locals as Pat’s, in Pennsville, N.J. Since then, more than 50 locations have opened throughout PA, NJ and DE.
Our restaurant, like all Pat's Pizza locations, is family-owned and operated. We're not a franchise, but an independently-owned establishment. We get to give Pat's Bethlehem its own unique flair!
